INFORMATION FOR BEGINNERS: PRIOR TO THE CASTING PROCESS YOUR MOULD NEDS TO BE HEATED UP TO GET A HIGHER QUALITY OF INGOT. IT WILL ALSO GIVE THE PRODUCT A LONGER LIFE. DEPENDING ON WHICH TYPE OF METAL IS BEING MOULDED THE TEMPERATURE WILL VARY. FOR EXAMPLE, IN ORDER TO CAST ALUMINIUM IT WILL REQUIRED THAT YOUR MOULD HAS TO BE HEATED UP TO ABOUT 500-600 C/1060 F-1272 F.

Step-by-step instruction for beginners: - Remove the heating stand from its box.- Plug this heating stand to an electrical socket.- Put a stainless steel mesh stand inside the chamber to make sure that it cover ceramic heating element (never put your mould directly on ceramic heating element) before heating.
- Install needed temperature by turning ON analogue regular ( 1-10 = 20 C/68 F - 700 C/1484 F) on correct digit position (each digit = 70 C).
- Put your mould inside the chamber on additional mesh stand and cover it by lid to speed up heating process.- Take out the lid just before casting.
